By accessing our website at odotdesign.com or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Odot Design LLC, a California limited liability company located at 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 #13576, Sacramento, CA 95825.

Odot Design provides monthly graphic design subscription services. Depending on your plan, services include social media graphics, ad creatives, email design, presentation design, print design, and video editing. All deliverables and their credit costs are described in our Credit Table, available on our website and client portal.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Odot Design to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Credit balances reset on your monthly billing date and do not roll over to the following month.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and work has begun.
If no design requests have been submitted or accepted within 7 days of your subscription start date, you may request a full refund by contacting info@odotdesign.com.
For concerns about service quality, please contact us directly at info@odotdesign.com. We are committed to making it right.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your client portal under Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the portal until that date.
We strongly recommend downloading all deliverables before cancelling, as access to the portal will be discontinued at the end of your billing period.

All plans include unlimited revisions. Revisions are subject to the scope of the original design request. Requests for fundamentally different designs may be treated as new requests and consume additional credits.
Only one active request can be revised at a time per active request slot included in your plan.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on project complexity and current demand. Odot Design is not liable for delays caused by incomplete briefs, late asset delivery, or circumstances outside our control.
Turnaround times apply to business days only. Requests submitted on weekends or late Friday may be processed the following business day.

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final approved designs delivered to you. Odot Design retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that any assets, copy, or references you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

You agree not to use our services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others. Odot Design reserves the right to decline requests that violate this policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odot Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the month in which the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
